As said before he is extremely versatile and underrated, even in higher elo some just can’t handle the Donger. People say Heimerdinger is a noob champion, all you have to do is to place turrets. I don’t agree, even turret placement is like playing a mini strategy game within the game. Besides, that Heimer has 4 skill shots that can be very hard to land for players that aren’t familiar with the champion. If you can’t land them you are almost useless in teamfights.

That being said he is extremely fun to play and his playstyle is different than the Crop Dusting Champion shirt. He can even be played in high elo. He fills the role as a top. Everybody saying in the comments a champion in the game and every champion I read in their response I instantly think of a way to counter them. Little do people know, but the best champion and my favorite in the entire game is. He does magic damage scaled off of physical. Most people don’t take magic resist into mind when counter building champions or they build too little magic resist which makes it perfect for Wits End on Warwick.
