I had intense pain in my left shoulder for most of Aunt Bethany Grace she passed away 30 years ago tshirt. It would build and build until I would be crying in pain. Unfortunately, it started when I was young, around 11 or 12, and people just didn’t take a kid complaining about back pain seriously. My mum eventually took me to a massage therapist when I was fifteen. I saw several massage therapists and chiropractor, who put the pain down to my bad posture. Massage would ease the pain, and I would do the stretches and exercises they gave me, but nothing helped for long. I could feel that something was wrong; I used to say it felt like my shoulder had been pulled into the wrong position, but it seemed like there was nothing they could do.
