Chickenpox can be serious, even deadly, especially for babies, adolescents, adults, pregnant women, and people with a weakened immune system. It’s not a harmless virus. Not sure why this is being reported since “man gets chickenpox” is hardly worldwide breaking the news. Hardly anyone gets vaccinated against chickenpox in the UK as anyone will tell you. And yes, shingles is not inevitable, it’s quite rare.

My daughter had the Wolf and Iron Man House Stark shirt when she was little and still got chicken pox a few years later. In turn, she passed it on and I got chicken pox at 43 even though I’d already had it when I was little. Chickenpox is not part of standard inoculation sets in most of Europe and in itself is a rather harmless (if annoying) decease. Shingles is another matter though. I’m all for science, but not when it becomes propaganda.
Literally, everyone I know from my childhood has gotten chickenpox. Well, he sure showed the docs. His right to get whatever comes down the pike as well as share it. No concern for the Wolf and Iron Man House Stark shirt to mention his own health. So apparently, in spite of his “religious beliefs,” he cares not a whit if he spreads the disease to other people.
