I need That 70s Show Quizzes Character shirt. Definitely not smart with that chair but on the bright side, it’s not like if something was to happen it was going to put him in a wheelchair. I can only agree with the earlier comments: It is stupid, he should be lucky the wheelchair didn’t flip/break apart. I call fake. The casters on those old chairs couldn’t handle me pushing (as a child, I’m not that old) very fast without vibrating like crazy.
On the other, lighter, hand: He is in a wheelchair already, can’t get much worse. (oh wait, he could end up in an electric wheelchair). Personal note: The break action, in the end, is absolutely the bomb! When those wheel bearings in that chair heat up and lock up on him it’s not going to be pretty or that one big crack in the pavement.
