My girlfriend’s mom, let’s say the mom’s name is SFMF shirt, was in and out of hospitals every year and it just got progressively worse over the years. From falls to urinary infections. She fell and hit her head a few times at home, and didn’t want to give up her home to stay in a community living place (just found out recently that some decent ones go off social security benefits). My girlfriend and I kept trying to pursuade Beu to move into a smaller home, that’s more accessible to a kitchen and bathroom, and closer to where we live so we could visit more often to help.

Because we lived about 20–30 minutes away and SFMF shirt, there was only one car available, so it was difficult to travel to check on her. Money was an issue and unfortunately I couldn’t afford driving to there to see her. Sadly and regretfully, we probably visited once a month or every other month. Few years later after talks of going into assisted living and Beu’s health rapidly progressing, she fell again in her home. She was sent to the hospital. Not the best one. She was on a heart monitor, the nurse asked us if we knew that she had a mild stroke that showed up in their tests that could have happened within the past 5 years. We didnt know about this.
