He questioned whether I knew what a fiscal year was or what white privilege was I was the only white person in the room and I was literally asked to define both things in the interview.

And I was asked if I would be able to work in a company that meant I was a minority. Then he started asking about who my supervisor was at the location in his area for my last job. I answered and he said that wasn’t who he was talking about. My dotted line supervisor, the campus director, has been in that position for 15 years and is the only administrator at that location. I named off other people he may have been talking about but what he was looking for was a different director and there isn’t one. It almost seemed like he was suggesting that I never worked there.
