Sloppy management. If the G7 were held at Doral and there were no charges for sleeping rooms, conference rooms, food and drink, transportation to and from the airport, gift shop items, golf, etc. would there be an emoluments clause infraction? Could Trump, Inc. take a huge loss for 1 week out of the business year? Did anti-Trumpers have any idea what the arrangements were going to before they jumped to conclusions?
