After being in counseling for a while now I have multiple coping skills in place. However, there are still days that I get so bad that I black out. There are days so bad that I end up in the hospital because I can’t control my thoughts. I stopped myself but I really cannot tell you why. The few times that I’ve reached this point, I had neighbors who were angels and saved me. They saw me, they noticed me. My sister couldn’t save herself and my efforts didn’t help her. But I blessed and grateful to them.

They poured out just enough love to give me the courage not to do it. And honestly, I believe that my fear of going to Hell stopped me. Love and Faith stopped me. So I can never give back enough to those angels.
