I want to learn to make potholders for gifts and scarves. I also went and spoke to the Activity Director at our local nursing home to see what we can do to help the residents at Christmas or Thanksgiving to make it better for them and bring some happiness to their.

These shirts are definitely good quality T-shirts, the material is thick enough that they can be used by themselves as an every day shirt or as a under-shirt. I didn’t find any frayed threads or holes on them and they appear to be decently made. The issue I have is that that they claim to be “slim-fit”, but these shirts are definitely not slim-fitting at all. They are slightly baggy around the chest and waist, and they are also much larger overall than most shirts of the same size. I have yet to wash and dry them so I’m hoping the shrink a bit so that they are not so baggy on me. Besides the sizing, these shirts are great!

Nothing more comfortable than this on a fall/winter weekend. It’s not quite as long as I might like and if I don’t tuck it in my stomach shows but that could be me.
