When traveling I always Gold is not a matter of life and death it’s more shirt . Look for different and interesting places to eat. One of my friends wife always chastised us for eating at non-traditional eateries. She would warn us about half rinsed plates that would have soap on them, etcetera etcetera. It never deterred us even after getting a system cleaning from eating in a Skeeter’s Big Biscuits along Hwy 75 once. Whewww, that led to a long evening on the I love barbecue and always seek a good rib spot. I have had them from Miami to Baltimore to South Carolina to LA and Texas – I’m going to find them and try them but that story is for another day. I love to find the local food spot, where the While eating some hot, freshly cooked chicken at Willie Mae’s Scotch House in New Orleans, I ended up having a conversation with someone who was visiting, like me.

I have a few of these shirts. The Vintage Cali Post card in navy, Vintage Cali Championship in navy, Americana Collection Black/White Flag/Black, the Humor Graphic All Man/Black & the Rugged Outdoor Collection Route/Black. These are all labeled on the listings as modern fit & they are. Fit is subjective so I’ll try… I’m slightly between Large & XL but closer to large with an athletic shape, but not bulky. In my experience with Hanes 100% cotton I purchased the XL because they shrink. These all fit like a large after washing in cold & drying on low. Modern fit so not baggy but not too slim of a fit. Somewhere in-between, living in the comfort zone but the shirt fits like I care type fit. Being modern fit, the sleeves don’t protrude off your arm & the chest/waist areas don’t fit like shapeless blocks making you look like you are wearing a direction arrow. It’s also not so close fitting that your buddy is going to ask why you are wearing your sons shirt. These are good shirts that last a good while & are generally very inexpensive. Hanes cotton shirts always, eventually, lose their shape after a while & sort of stretch out but they do last a long time making these a great value. If you really like a print you should buy a couple & save one for later because they do discontinue often. I hope this helped you in your venture to find a decent cost effective shirt.

As others have said it shrinks in the wash so I ordered a size up and it fits quite well now. The seam on the sleeves are thick/mildly irritating and it’s more noticeable with a sweater/coat. Material is a bit rough compared to other shirts, maybe it’ll soften up with subsequent washes. The collar tags are stiff and irritating but rip off very easily without damaging the stitching at all. But hey, if you’re looking for some decent shirts for cheap this is hard to beat.

I am a medium in female so normally a small in male but after washing it shrinks a little and becomes semi tight. Still comfortable but reccomend getting 2 sizes bigger if you like flowy shirts and if not stay to your size
