Anyway, as I was 3 streets down from my street I noticed a medium sized dog on the middle of the sidewalk playing in the snow. I thought it was odd how a dog is outside without its owner. As I got near him, I noticed it was a pitbull. My heart raced and I thought at that moment I was gonna get bit. But all he did was run towards me and tried licking me. I noticed he had a collar but the tags were gone.
