The most tender cut of beef taken to the next level! This looks great and an awesome idea to change up a normal prime rib roast! Why do all these recipes have so much salt in them? Seems like salt is added at every step. But very expensive. a lot of things. Meat, vegetables and ingredients and also a long time. And eaten in a minute. Forgot to say to deglaze the Pan with bourbon a few times to really make the mushrooms incredible.
