I with multiple sclerosis 4 years ago after I woke up blind in my left eye and was diagnosed with optic neuritis further testing showed I had multiple sclerosis I changed my diet and way of living and I’m med free. Need to start believing people when they say they are in pain. I’ve been telling my doctor and he just hands me pain killers. I’m also certain I need surgery on my arm too and he wouldn’t believe me when I said how painful it was. Again sent me home with a painkiller. Pretty sure I have fibromyalgia. Pathetic when you gotta try and self diagnose.

So she didn’t take mom seriously either, she had to request every test and that’s when they found stage 3 cancer. Sexism still exists and costs women their lives. Nothing has done for me. Now I’m passing out, nausea, fatigue, I shake often, etc. As of recent, I have final tests. And now I’m waiting on neurology results. So who told me she has 3 weeks to respond to a referral made out to her 2 weeks ago. I appalled her and I admire her. I can’t imagine. I’m going through this now where doctors don’t listen. They take the time. They don’t care and I feel like they think this made up.
