It’s a Rice Krispy and fondant sculpture. But, I wouldn’t call this a cake maybe a rice crispy sculpture. I bake cakes myself nothing like this as I don’t quite have the skill for this. It is incredible but, it’s not a cake. This cake was for her daughters birthday party, the back of it was most likely cake, which would have been enough to feed at least 20 to 30 people. But, there was another cake, and she has used these cakes as teaching devices, for your viewing pleasure and others to learn from.
