So lets see.. aren’t women doing kegels. If so you can lift weights too with practice. But I be doing what she is doing weight wise. My fiancé uses these as under shirt. He’s a professional painter and when spraying he wears these so his arms don’t get covered. I wash all his work stuff in steaming scalding hot water and dry on very high heat and the shrinking is minimal. I bought 2 packs and no holes or anything. Good quality if using for work purposes. If you want everyday long sleeve shirts I wouldn’t say choose these though.

The quality of these long sleeve shirts are great, the extra material around the wrists make it perfect as to snug them tight. However, I use these types of shirts underneath a regular polo or button-up shirt and I was hoping these would stay tucked in my pants when working. I bought an “L” and I use below the waist pants, so maybe that’s why they don’t stay tucked? Fruit of the Loom makes regular underneath shirts (short sleeves) that definitely stay tucked!

Although I do like to support my local merchants… Long sleeve T-shirts like this are only available at places like Macy’s, JCPenney, etc. etc. Most department stores will charge anywhere from $14-$20 plus for one longsleeved T-shirt. I only paid $29 total for four whites. Such a deal, I went ahead and purchased for black longsleeved T-shirts at the same price. By the way, these are not thin cheap shirts… They’re nice and warm to wear underneath on those cold days. I fully recommend this deal!!!
