Great Counselor I’ll be there for you shirt. Made me realize how blessed I am. 22 yrs of service in the United States. 18 surgeries, 6 on my spine s1 to t9. 2 in my neck. The pain was unbearable. I wake up trying to find a reason. Pain levels beyond a 10 and meds just dont help. This gave me goosebumps. Time to find my own rules and break them. Kinda hard at 49. But we all find inspiration in the weirdest places. My Mom loved my younger brother more than me. He got whatever he wanted, and I barely had anything. My older sister and brother got even less than I did. Some parents are just not fair. Even to this day, my Mom thinks my brother is the end all be all. She supports him financially because he won’t work.  But she is one. Being ignored and having to fend for yourself emotionally in your own ‘home’ is no way to treat any child.

I have never been to the movies, out to dinner, etc with just my Counselor I’ll be there for you shirt. I became rebellious in my teens. Because I needed her, and she was never there. So yes, some parents are not the same as other parents. I am sure this made you stronger, wiser and one day you will be a great parent. Except the favorite was my half-sister. I was constantly beaten, derided, humiliated used and abused. That woman said such vile, hateful things to me on a daily basis so I don’t trust anyone. Show me, stop flapping your gums and show me. Some parents shouldn’t have children. So I call bs on his parents. Everyone who has kids parents differently and maybe your painful experience with your mom will make you a better mother to your own children when and if you choose to have them.
