I’ve gone totally decaffeinated with tea and coffee, I have no side effects and feel a lot better, also over 2 liters of water a day, nobody needs caffeine really, it did nothing for me, didn’t wake me up or give me a high, so why drink it. The only reason why people feel they need it to live is that they’re addicted.
