Below is one about my raging self-hatred. No words are ever strong enough for it. But I wrote in a heavy metal/death metal style. I won’t say it’s good but it gets the point across. Could be a rough road for some. Trigger warning. This nightmare, this hell, burning through me. Deep inside, a dark demonic force raging. screaming, tearing, rending, eviscerating. So knowing in a lake of burning blood Torn, shredded, charred pieces of me. My heart pounded into mangled rotting flesh. The flames of my hell burn me, blacken me, kill me. So inside of me my torment eternally continuing.

I am the force, the Big ol’ kitties shirt lord of my own hell. In hatred, I rip out the core of my being, hell ending. Blood flows from infinite wounds. No strength left for dreams. I once. Was going to do the same thing. So I didn’t know I would still be here after the age of 35. But here I am with the best son anyone could ask for. e heard your cry for help and saved you and now using your amazing testimony to reach others! So powerful! I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve walked out to that Bridge two years ago when I was going through radiation treatment for colon cancer alone. A little voice just kept whispering in my ear, there is more for you.
