This Friday , June 21, is the longest day of the year , because sunlight will last about 13 hours with 25 minutes and also comes accompanied by the summer solstice , which makes it an important date in the astronomical calendar.

It is the day with the most sun exposure or solar exposure of the whole year and in which the Sun will reach its closest point to the north of the so-called “celestial Ecuador”.
