What is the Urban Dictionary trend and why are people searching their names?

Social media users are flocking to Urban Dictionary to search their names and some of the results are less than complimentary.

Urban Dictionary was founded in 1999 by Aaron Peckham as a crowdsourced dictionary for slang words.
