But anxiety is self brought on and can be changed by the way you put these in order to get to a point of uncontrollable anxiety. So people today automatically put you in a class of anxiety disorder and label you like that. But we need to retrain the brain on how to deal with it then a meltdown.

I still got depressed but it was That’s what I do I quilt and I know thing shirt as I’d suspect regular depression is. I now know the cycles many of us suffer from is truly our own mind trapping us. Root cause at least for me. It’s not easy. Getting meds only helps so much. And that quest to find a solution is a very lonely one. Often at the cost of others. Right away I thought the same as you, I have someone very close to my heart that has anxiety and from what she explained to me it’s not that easy to overcome. The physical symptoms associated with anxiety exacerbates it for a start. It’s a vicious circle which gets bigger and bigger but, with the right help and support, you can overcome it! I’ve overcome a lot, not all, but enough for now. It’s just a shame there isn’t a magic pill, which isn’t addictive.
