Then the school refused to talk to us about it. Gave him a different teacher but the teacher that did it never lost her job.

Teachers should have tons of patience, love and care. If you dont have this characters then you should find another job!

Prime example of why you need to know your child’s behavior to a certain degree. Obviously in this video, you can tell that the child has some rebellion (which is no excuse for the teacher’s behavior) but nowhere near what the Teacher thou shalt not try me tshirt which is why the mother didn’t believe her and further investigated. Now had she had the type of child that expressed the behavior that the teacher described, the mom would have probably believed her and there’s no telling how much more abuse this child would have had to endure before it was bought to light. Unacceptable and I would lose my mind if this happened to one of my kids
