If it was, we wouldn’t have the ongoing issues that we do. Anxiety is a dominating issue now. When I grew up, it was called life and I was taught to get ready for it because life is unrelenting. I was preached to daily by a father who grew up in the Great Depression and had starved as a child. He knew what life could do to a person.
