It is something we just get through. I believe Winston went to be with the Lord first because, as hard as it is on me, it would have been harder on him, I truly believe. Over the years, he told me that he believed God brought us together. We don’t think about these things at first, but over the years we see. I am so thankful that he loved the Lord and studied His word as long as he was able. He was not afraid of dying. He made sure that he left me well taken care of.

Sunflower You are my sunshine Horse shirt. I don’t know you but your music has been such a gift in my life as well as so many others. And you are right. It’s something we all have to do. A graceful aging song. Not one to say much. Lost my 6 family members from May of 97 to Nov of 99. Really miss my mom and dad. And this song is truly from the heart. Thank you, Willie Nelson. You are a true hero in my eyes. And there were others, too. Willie is right. I will never get over losing them but I will get through. And that only because of God’s sustaining hand of love through the difficult days when they come.
