This is not a “free pass” for their Sun this is my killing shirt. It’s an intellectual and emotional decision one makes for them self not to allow anyone to steal any more of their freedom and joy by allowing them to live “rent free” in their head and heart. A person is always accountable for their actions. So Elizabeth was abused in every way and look who she’s become! The woman who abused her is absolutely accountable. You can only control what’s in your power. Forgiveness is one.
