Sadly Boots is going the same way stores need updating. Ours is a dingy shop and not pleasant to be in – but I stopped shopping there years ago when they canceled the loyalty card with no warning. And they charge way too much for soft drinks in their Marylebone store.

Overpriced tat and they open shops in hospitals, bus stations and rail stations that sell things at even more ridiculous prices to exploit people with little choice of where they can buy things.
