It took me weeks of tests to find out in college at about the age of 18. I had previously been told since infant school that I had it, first signs were putting me and round the wrong way, I struggled to spell and read at my age level. But teachers found I’d read something and really try to read the Scrub life with my scrub wife shirt if I was interested so they stopped me ready storybooks and put me on factual books about engineering from the school library.
