The front casters would start doing what I call the death wobble at pretty much anything over the speed of a brisk walking pace making it very uncomfortable. Now, compared to say a higher end chair you’ll still experience wobble but at much close speed to what’s on video and sometimes none at all if you want to perfectly balance your casters and wheels.

That chair has been modified to do that, cause that is standard hospital chair (SHC) with solid rubber wheels pretty much the Yugo of wheelchairs. Most brave are stupid. He is not worried. Good on him to live the moment. What’s the worst that could happen to a brave idiot? A beautiful staircase that you can change into a platform lift for wheelchair users with only a the touch of a button.
