But in the last few years, I’ve developed an illness.

So it’s affected not only my Passenger instructions press em’ here and hang on tight shirt but my mental health too, some days I don’t feel like I am myself anymore, even when I do put on makeup and do my hair and take extra time choosing my outfit. So I still feel rubbish and it’s because no matter how great we look on the outside if we feel depressed or in pain on the inside it doesn’t make any difference. But especially when you live with illness in your 20’s and when you do make an effort other people assume your healthy and don’t treat your symptoms or illness seriously! So most days I feel why to bother. Feel better. I know it’s nearly impossible but we must try. There is only one other option and that one is what ruined my heart, mind, and soul probably forever.
