I hope the polices will be changed to prevent this. She will never forgive herself hope she gets counseling and not be another victim. It’s a very sad situation.

I actually used the Jobsite Safety tip don’t put your fingers anywhere you wouldn’t put your tshirt and my NP daughter was discussing how admin threw her under the bus it is their fault just as much with poor policies and processes, short staffing I can only guess is the reason she was given an assignment she obviously wasn’t trained to do. Healthcare is spiraling downward, I honestly would not recommend anyone going into medicine. Something I would never have said 20 years ago- this is not the profession I chose 38 years ago. It really saddens me but makes me so angry. And that poor patient- I am claustrophobic and that was a horrific death.
