When the economy fell apart, the poor took Ireland it’s in my DNA fingerprint shirt. The best way to filter money into the economy was food. The farmers benefitted. The local grocer benefitted. The truck driver was kept on the road So there was spendable cash put back into the economy when it was needed. Win-win I would say. Or am I wrong? Even if you are partially right that doesn’t benefit other jobs and the poor people. So that didn’t work the jobs you said it benefited were shit out of luck. When money gets circulated back into the economy it mostly goes to the top and the rest get the scraps. It’s the trickle-down effect. If we would throw away Reaganomics and go back to the system used before president Reagan we would eventually become a stable economy again working for everyone. Until that happens.

If it ever does we will continue to see Ireland it’s in my DNA fingerprint shirt happening over and over where the poor struggle worse and the rich continue to get richer. The trickle-down economy plan looked good on paper I guess but when it is implemented it doesn’t work. The rich don’t spend nearly any of what they make. So none of it gets recirculated. Instead, they heard it in banks overseas to avoid paying taxes on it and eventually then they end up with most of America’s money while the rest spend. So what we have to live and keep getting a little back each time. Not to mention high paying top jobs seems to get raise increases every few years and the bottom wages don’t. It’s really funny how every year congress discusses raises for minimum wage and the like, and they never raise the minimum wage. But they usually always give themselves a raise in Congress.
