It is not the way it should be but like with other things it mostly is the way it is. I have witnessed people going for the same job and the one with the better grades getting it hands down. So I have also witnessed people with degree qualifications coming out their ears having not one ounce of practical life skills.

It is not hard to learn our capabilities, those are natural.
