I’m not arguing for or against this I am Nationals fan I say Merry Christmas god bless America tshirt, but this headline is misleading. I wish, for the sake of a more united country, the media would start reporting. For what, a misdemeanor crime? (look it up, the crossing is not a felony) Now they are going to be locked up indefinitely for a misdemeanor? Either process them or return them, but keeping them locked up is inhumane. I don’t get it. People complain about their tax dollars being used on food stamps and Medicaid for immigrants (which they pay into; they’re not freeloaders). This is actually a good change because before they would just release people and give them a court date which is not a good thing. All these happy farts that agree with him don’t realize it’s costing taxpayers millions of dollars a month what kind of sense is this?
