What’s sad is how clumsily her piece was written. I need 21 Will and Grace 1998 – 2019 thank you for the memories tshirt It clearly said to other women: dress and act as modestly as I do, and you’ll be on the right side of the street, dressing to get attention. It’s an argument that shames victims and bites its own tail. Next. I didn’t interpret it as victim blaming at all. There are bad people out there and people need to protect themselves from those bad people, and I think that’s what she is advocating. Maybe she didn’t choose the best way of saying it, but that’s what I got out of it. A lot of what she says may sound good on first listen, but underlying it all are very heavy doses of her religiously based morality which is centered on conservative and modest views of sexuality, physical appearance, and behavior.
